Tron: Legacy Daft Punk Kubricks Please All Types of Geek

French electronica meets Disney sci-fi meets bitty plastic action guys.

Medicom, the makers or the mini Kubrick figurines that seem to get every cool license ever, dropped a hot puddle of happiness in our laps in the form of a figure two-pack modeled after musicians Daft Punk.

Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo and Thomas Bangalter look just delightful in their little plastic costumes, modeled after their appearance towards the end of Tron: Legacy. The duo provided the soundtrack for the new Tron, which next to Olivia Wilde's attractive lady face, was the best thing about the movie.

Like all cool things, they are of Japanese origin, but no fear if you can't read their perplexing language symbols: they are available for purchase right here on the good old American internet. Entertainment Earth got re-supplied in time to for you to get them right after spending a week deciding which of the nineteen Blu-ray releases of Tron: Legacy you actually want to buy. Hint: the right answer is the one that comes with the identity disc.

You can cop these for $19.99, which is a good deal whether you keep them in their window packaging or rip them out, add them to your DJ playset, and make them kiss each other through their helmets.
