Archival White Stripes Set Announced

Forthcoming releases from recently-put-to-rest band

Although Jack and Meg White announced that the White Stripes was kaput just a few months ago, one of the duo's former record labels, Third Man, has announced "an upcoming Vault package documenting three decidedly different eras of the White Stripes."

For those who are "Vault members" at the label's website, www.thirdmanrecords.com, you will have the opportunity to purchase "Vault Package #8," which consists of the following - Live In Mississippi double LP, "Signed DC"/"I've Been Loving You Too Long" 7-inch, and Under Moorhead Lights All Fargo Night DVD.

Live In Mississippi is an audio recording of the duo's final live concert while the 7-inch features a pair of the group's very first recordings. And the last piece to the puzzle, the Under Moorhead Lights All Fargo Night DVD, features a performance filmed at Ralph's Corner Bar in Moorhead, Minnesota on June 13th, 2000.

Release date or price have not been announced for this package, but if you are not already a Vault member, you must register via the Third Man Records site by the end of his month in order to qualify for this rockin' item
